Failure to provide requested documentation in a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure. Verification is a standard process and is not a reflection of suspicion — it is applied consistently across accounts.
Each player may hold only one active account on hi309. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names or different payment details — is prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials including your password. hi309 should be notified immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person. hi309 is not responsible for losses resulting from you sharing your credentials with others or from your failure to maintain appropriate account security.
hi309 reserves the right to close accounts that are found to have been registered with false or inaccurate information, or where the player is found to be ineligible under the eligibility criteria in Section 2.
All transactions on hi309 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion applied at any stage — the amount you deposit is the amount that credits to your hi309 balance. hi309 supports the following deposit methods for Pakistani players:
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of deposit. These limits may vary by payment method. hi309 does not charge a deposit fee, though your bank, mobile wallet provider or card issuer may apply their own transaction charges — these are outside hi309's control.
Deposits must come from payment accounts registered in your own name. Depositing funds from a payment account belonging to another person is not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation. hi309 reserves the right to return deposits to their source if there is any reason to believe the funds originated from an account not belonging to the registered player.
Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. PKR winnings are returned as PKR with no conversion. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
hi309 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard security procedure applied to protect players. Providing accurate documentation promptly will help avoid delays. Withdrawal requests submitted during high-volume periods such as major PSL or T20 tournament events may take slightly longer to process.
Withdrawals are only sent to accounts registered in your own name. hi309 will not process a withdrawal to a third-party account under any circumstances.
Sports betting on hi309 covers cricket including PSL, T20 internationals, ODI series and Test matches, as well as football, esports, basketball, tennis and other sports available on the platform at any given time. The following rules apply to all betting activity:
hi309 will not accept bets placed with the intention of exploiting pricing errors, system faults or any form of prohibited advantage play. Accounts found to be engaged in such activity will have associated bets voided and may be subject to account restriction.
For cricket specifically — including PSL, T20 and international fixtures — all markets are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. Matches that are abandoned or reduced in overs may be settled differently depending on the market rules, which are described within each market on the platform.
The casino and slots section on hi309 offers live dealer table games and a range of video slot titles. All games operate using a random number generator or live dealer mechanics that determine outcomes independently of hi309. hi309 does not control game outcomes — results are determined by the game software.
hi309 reserves the right to add, remove or modify casino and slots titles at any time. The availability of specific games may vary depending on your location and device. Some games may not be available through the mobile app at all times.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance held in the account — including deposits, winnings and bonus funds — may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method subject to standard verification requirements.
Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily should contact hi309 support through live chat or email. Voluntary closure requests are processed promptly. If you wish to self-exclude rather than permanently close your account, the self-exclusion tool in your account settings is the appropriate option.
hi309 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to ensure the platform runs without interruption, hi309 does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside hi309's control may result in temporary unavailability.
Nothing in these terms limits hi309's liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
hi309 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. For material changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations, hi309 will provide reasonable notice through the platform or via the registered email address on your account.
Continued use of hi309 after the updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any updated terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account. Any bets or games that were open at the time the updated terms came into effect will be settled under the terms that were in place when those bets were placed.
